Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer (Remote) , £43.12ph PAYE - Reference: 5257238

Remote Working

The team requires an experienced civil litigation lawyer to assist our busy team with a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation (including debt recovery and judicial review proceedings).

There will be an expectation of some supervision to junior members of the team.

Candidates with previous Local Government experience will be ideal as this is a fast paced role and will require the successful candidate to take on an immediate and complex caseload.

Ideally have Experience of advising in criminal litigation, planning enforcement and/or education matters will be useful but not essential.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
