Your Role as a Residential Conveyancer
- Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Advise a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors
- Handle various transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
- Remortgages, buy-to-let, Right to Buy and shared ownership
- New build transactions, Help to Buy mortgages, SDLT returns
- Land Registry applications for both registered and unregistered land
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Unqualified conveyancers and part-qualified legal executives encouraged to apply
- Minimum two years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
