Residential Property Conveyancer – Exeter QED Legalare working with a well-established Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across the UK, seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join its Exeter office (2-5PQE). With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services in a friendly and supportive environment, the firm prioritises client care, working closely with individuals, investors, and corporations both in the UK and internationally to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is a full-time opportunity, managing a variety of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. The role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team (including 2 Partners and 8 Fee Earners) that values expertise, efficiency, and exceptional client service. Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor (or hold an equivalent qualification) with experience in residential property transactions. A strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capability to manage a caseload independently.
