Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic and growing legal practice based in Devon. The successful candidate will handle a busy and diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential property law.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, and transfers of equity.

Provide clear, professional, and practical legal advice to clients.

Ensure all cases are handled efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care.

Engage actively in business development initiatives and networking to support the growth of the residential property department.
Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Conveyancer with a proven track record in residential property law.

Comprehensive knowledge of residential property transactions.

Capable of independently managing a busy workload.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong business acumen with a proactive approach to business generation and client relationships.
