We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, for one of our Clients in Sowton/Exeter
Hours will be 1200-2000 Monday - Friday
Duties Will Include:
- Support the supervisor with the day-to-day management of warehouse operatives.
- Provide cover in the absence of the departmental supervisor.
- Achieve the targets and job standards set out by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Be committed to developing and ensuring best practice and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Experience of working within a busy warehouse environment.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support with the communication of performance levels to team members through briefing sessions and training.
- Be a strong team player and enjoy working with others to achieve the best result.
- Good IT and administration skills.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in your approach to work.
Quarterly bonus available after 12 weeks.
