gap personnel are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a dynamic Marketing company based in Exeter. This role is a pivotal part of our client’s operation, and strong datal analytical skills will be required.

Our client is one of the UKs leaders in advertising and marketing with a UK and EU base of clients. Part of this role is prioritising customer satisfaction whilst maintaining high quality; service is everything.

As an administrator your role will be varied, but including:

  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform data entry, data cleaning, and data validation tasks.
  • Analyse data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Emailing clients and providing real time shipping information
  • Processing orders using in house system.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Monitoring shared inbox
  • Diary management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a data management or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.

This role is office-based Monday to Friday 9-5pm in our client’s offices based on Marsh Barton.

£27,500 per year including great company benefits and career progression.

Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
