This is company are a family business within the manufacturing design and instillation industry. With exciting growth plans ahead, this is the perfect time to join a passionate team and play a key role in supporting the business.In this position, you will work alongside a senior PA and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the directors while ensuring the smooth running of the office administration duties.The Role:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the directors, managing their schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate the office environment, ensuring all operations run efficiently and supplies are maintained.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries
  • Assist with event planning, including company functions, team meetings, and external engagements.
  • Manage document filing, data entry, and prepare reports as required by the management team.
  • Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, scheduling interviews, and assisting with team development initiatives.
The Person:
  • Previous experience as a PA, Office Coordinator, or Administrator fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite packages
