- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the directors, managing their schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate the office environment, ensuring all operations run efficiently and supplies are maintained.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries
- Assist with event planning, including company functions, team meetings, and external engagements.
- Manage document filing, data entry, and prepare reports as required by the management team.
- Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, scheduling interviews, and assisting with team development initiatives.
- Previous experience as a PA, Office Coordinator, or Administrator fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite packages
