We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Lovell’s South West region.

We are currently looking for a personable, energetic team player to join the team working from our Exeter office.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Regional Managing Director, you’ll be assisting the sales team in respect of Digital & E-Marketing strategies and coordinating the leads and database, along with planning and managing the marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments for pre-launch and live developments including portal and website management.

You will also be responsible for the set-up of new development sales suites, along with the production of brochures, CGI and site layouts. Supporting our South West Region’s PR marketing, communication, and promotional activities, you’ll provide general administrative assistance to office personnel.

In addition, you will be actively involved in the promotion of social value-related activities such as community and educational engagement events to help meet our social impact targets.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role and will hold a recognised Marketing qualification, and ideally have good knowledge of social value activities and management. Knowledge and understanding of the new build housing industry is desirable, along with being competent in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
