My clients are a leading estate agency based in Exeter; a great opportunity has come up for a Business Support Coordinator due to internal promotion within the team. This role will be to assist with sales administration in the office. RoleThe Residential sales division are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to assist with sales administration office. You will report into the Office Head and will have day-to-day input from the Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Maintain a tidy office and reception area
- Work with Operations teams to provide a high level of support within agreed timeframes to Office Head and office team
- Register new instructions
- Ensure office compliance and drive audit pass rate improvements
- Accurate generation of sales invoices
- Create mailers, property brochures, window cards and pitching materials
Key Experience Required
- Prior experience in a business support, administration or front of house role
- Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
- 1- 2 years of administration experience.
Please note this is a role based in the office 5 days per week hours are 9am - 5:30pm and salary is up to £27,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
