Multi-Skilled Technician with Carpentry Expertise

We are currently looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join a Housing Association based within the Exeter area. Looking for someone with a background in Carpentry, capable of handling additional tasks in masonry, plastering, and fencing.
This position involves traveling and providing services in Exeter, North Devon, East Devon, and nearby areas so a full clean UK driving licence is required.

• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Temp contract: 5 months
• 16.19 per hour PAYE

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Carpentry, with formal qualifications or equivalent experience
• Versatile in various trades with robust multi-skilled capabilities
• Experience in residential property work
• Must hold a full, valid UK driving license
• Basic DBS check required
