JOB TITLE: Temporary Weekend Receptionist

LOCATION: Exeter

HOURLY RATE: 11.44 -12 per hour DOE

HOURS: Saturday & Sunday, rolling contract

THE ROLE: Office Angels are currently working with a well-established, forward thinking company based in Exeter who are seeking weekend reception cover. You will be the first point of contact for clients both via phone, email and face to face covering the front desk. You will play a crucial role in welcoming visitors, dealing with customer enquiries, and always portraying brand values. This is a temporary role covering weekends on a rolling contract. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff member/department
  • Confidently manage a reception area, maintaining a neat and inviting environment
  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Administrative support across the business and when required

KEY SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or similar customer facing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and positive attitude, always eager to help and contribute to the team
