Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality results using Agile and Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing team delivery flow, managing delivery risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead the team in Agile and Lean ways of working.

Delivery Optimization: Optimize delivery flow by removing impediments and addressing delivery risks.

Continual Planning: Lead the continual planning process for the team.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Team Dynamics: Identify and address issues related to team dynamics, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Financial and Commercial Management: Oversee financial and commercial aspects to ensure the team's success and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading Agile and Lean teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to identify and resolve delivery risks and team dynamics issues.

• Experience in financial and commercial management.
