- Previous experience in a Commercial Assistant/Trainee OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role
- Construction related experience - ideally housebuilding
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- A good understanding and general interest in construction
- A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
- A desire to build on your experience and progress
- Fully IT literate
