- Manage all aspects of cost control and contract administration on assigned projects.
- Prepare budgets, cost plans, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value.
- Conduct site visits and measure works to ensure progress aligns with financial forecasts.
- Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential housing development.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial controls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (e.g., HNC, HND, Degree).
- Competitive salary of £55,000.
