- To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Implement policies for risk management
- Preparation and presentation of monthly cost reports
- Value works executed by Sub-Contractors
- Certify interim and final payments
- Prepare subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate tender returns
- Manage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputes
- Monitor and track project costs, including variations, change orders, and progress payments to ensure financial control and accuracy
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or construction related
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quantity surveying software
- Relevant driving licence
