Candidates should have experience running their own projects and be confident in the full commercial process from site procurement to final account.
The role involves responsibilities such as collating trade specs, tender analysis, budget management, and final account management.
This is an office-based position with regular travel to sites, all within a commutable distance from the office.

You will be confident in dealing with the following:Collating Trade specs, sending out tender packs, tender analysis, subcontractor package proposals, pre start, ensuring h&s is in place, budget management, measurements, valuations and final account I am interested in hearing from surveyors who are looking for autonomy in their next move, exposure to the wider business with a ‘roll up your sleeves and get stuck in’ attitude.
