Role & Responsibilities

A diverse and expanding role involving hands on management of both residential and commercial property. Dealing with all aspects of property management from Client reporting, Landlord/Tenant liaison and appointment of contractors through to rent collection and complex service charge administration. Experience required and there will also be the opportunity to develop the role further.

Experience

• RICS qualified and with experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
  * Great communication and organisational skills
  * Must be good with figures and a 'detail' person
  * Able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team
  * Self-motivated with good time management skills
  * Able to assist other team members in answering questions, solving problems
