Exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Professional in the Exeter areas with guaranteed commissions and on target earnings up to £40,000+ per annum. Full Time hours, 35 hours per week - Thursday to Monday 11.00 am to 6pm with an immediate start!Are you a property sales professional with at least 2/3 years’ experience looking for a change into New Homes and or progression with an award-winning company? Is your site coming to an end and you need to line up a new site or are you just looking to gain experience with a national developer. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellent customer service and target sales to join this award-winning PLC developer in the Exeter area.Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors, answering enquiries over the telephone and face to face
  • Maximising opportunities when registering new applicants, arranging, and carrying out viewings, following up and feeding back to developers.
  • Negotiating offers with applicants and developers
  • Carrying out sales progression and successfully making referrals to mortgage lenders and conveyancers.
  • Complying with property ombudsman and making sure all paperwork in place.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local housing market and the geographical area.
  • Great people skills and able to work well under pressure and to target
  • Able to interact with people and be always professional
  • Smartly presented and able to work weekends
  • Computer & IT literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.

Full Time hours, 35 hours per week - Thursday to Monday 11.00 am to 6pm with an immediate start!Salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 [dependant on experience] with on target earnings of up to £40,000.
