We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a friendly and enthusiastic team based in Exeter or Plymouth.
The role.
A diverse and expanding role involving hands on management of both residential and commercial property.
Key responsibilities.
- Dealing with all aspects of property management including:
- Client reporting.
- Landlord/Tenant liaison.
- Appointment of contractors.
- Rent collection.
- Service charge administration.
Skills and requirements.
- Property management experience is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Well-presented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and support other members of the team.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Car owner with full UK driving licence.
Salary and benefits.
- A basic salary from £30,000 depending on experience.
- Car allowance plus other excellent benefits
