Valuer • Exeter • Independent Agency • 25k- 30k Salary • OTE 45k - 50k • Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Valuer for their busy Exeter office. Joining an experienced team, you will bring your energy to this role and of course, your exceptional customer service skills. Your organisation and communication traits set you apart, whilst your positivity and enthusiasm help you build and maintain trust with your clients. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company which boasts a large network and recognisable brand. Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Driving market share for new listings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Valuer role:

Experience of appraising property and attending valuations
Strong core agency skills
Comfortable working with autonomy
Eager to learn and develop
Driven and ambitious to 'add value'
