About the Role
  • Carry out different security tasks, like locking/unlocking buildings, doing patrols, responding to alarms, checking empty properties, and providing escort services.
  • Be professional when speaking with clients, their staff, and your team. Always stay polite and helpful.
  • Follow instructions from the Deputy Branch Manager and make sure to give clear handovers at the end of your shift to keep things running smoothly.
  • Support the control room with extra tasks and share important information for your current and upcoming shifts.
  • Work closely with your team during shifts to keep everything running efficiently and provide excellent service.
  • Make sure your team has the right gear, and that they are trained. Offer coaching to keep everyone performing at their best.
  • Stick to security procedures, driving rules, and reporting standards at all times.
Essential Skills
  • SIA licence
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Provide a 5-year checkable history
  • Able to work nights (flexible working) if required
