What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of a £multi-million store.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, including deliveries, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer queries, manage team performance, and carry out operational tasks such as till spot checks.
  • Drive sales growth while minimising costs and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and operational efficiency expertise.
  • Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK and ability to drive (or willingness to obtain a driving licence within three months of starting).
