Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and team development.
- Implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a motivated retail team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
