An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager to assume the role of Registered Manager for this esteemed care home, specialising in elderly and dementia care. If you are an experienced Deputy Manager this is the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career with this supportive small care home provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the appointed Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the care home complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. This includes overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Provide strong leadership to the care home team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Effectively manage staff, resources, and budgets to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold the highest standards of care. Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
