Candidates may have previous experience in children's residential care or be new to the industry, as training will be provided, including a funded NVQ Level 4 qualification.
The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to personal and professional development, with a focus on building positive relationships with young people.
The salary for this position is up to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes additional compensation for sleep-ins.
The working hours involve long days with up to two sleep-ins per week, and staff will have two weekends off in a four-week rotation.

Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to residential childcare is desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
Commitment to personal and professional development, including willingness to undertake relevant training.

Hours:

Long days and sleep ins (£50 per sleep in - up to 2 sleep ins per week).
2 out of 4 weekends off.
