The school are looking for a Learning support assistant (LSA) who is comfortable working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs / SEND. They can offer Day to day, part-time and long-term role. The successful Learning support assistant (LSA) must support pupils both 1-2-1 and in small groups, demonstrate empathy, enthusiasm and adapt to the needs of each pupil.
The Successful SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:
- Have a passion for working with SEND students
- Experience working with Children with additional needs / disabilities
- Experience working with students how have SEMH needs
