Temporary Rough Sleeper Prevention Worker / Assertive Outreach Worker

Location: ExeterSalary: Approx. £26,000 per annumHours: 06:00 - 13:30, Monday to Saturday availability required

The Role:

As a Rough Sleeper Prevention Worker, you will:

  • Conduct early morning outreach sessions across the Exeter area.
  • Work alongside experienced staff to engage with rough sleepers and offer support.
  • Assist individuals in securing safe, off-street placements.
  • Respond to Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) situations at short notice.
