Support Worker Required

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of service users
- Working with Service Users with Multiple Complex Needs
- Conducting welfare checks
- Assisting with support plans
- Helping with risk assessments
- Understanding of Safeguarding Procedures
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries
