Support Worker

Location: Exeter
Payrate: £12.00 ++
Working Hours: Flexible (weekends, weekdays and sleep ins)
We are looking for experienced and empathetic support workers, who would feel confident supporting vulnerable people within supported living complexes. Offering emotional and physical support.
Job Requirements:
- At least six months of UK care experience.
- Following safeguarding procedures.
- Supporting with challenging behaviours.
- Going into the community.
- Providing physical and emotional support.
- Genuine caring nature.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS.
- Driving License (Preferable)
- Good level of written and spoken English.
