We are working with a provider of Affordable Housing, who are looking to recruit a Housing Officer specialising is ASB and Tenancy breaches on a short-term temporary basis

We are looking for an experienced Officer who can hit the ground running with cases ranging from initial investigation up to and including court appearance.

Duties will include:

  • Proactively managing all Tenancy Breaches
  • Conducting investigations of referred cases of Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Working closely with Neighbourhood Officer team
  • Preparing cases for legal intervention, court documents/drafting court orders and instructing legal proceeding
  • Court attendance

Previous experience of working in the sector, coupled with specialist knowledge of ASB is essential, along with the experience of attending court proceedings.

This position is covering a period of sickness for a permanent member of staff, and is initially looking to last for 4-6 weeks with possible extension.

This is a hybrid position with the requirement to attend the office at least a couple of times a week
