Role:We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our team. This role involves working directly with children on-site at our educational facilities and off-site in various community settings. You will play a crucial role in supporting students’ learning, emotional well-being, and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to students
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Support students in both classroom settings and community environments
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and development
• Facilitate workshops and activities that promote personal growth and resilience

Requirements:

You MUST be a car driver to be accepted for this role and be willing to take out business insurance for this role - mileage is claimable

• Experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
