Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced accounts person to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing financial records, dealing with suppliers, processing and managing payroll, and leading the way to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present financial reports and statements
Process payroll using Sage Payroll
Handle bookkeeping and accounts management using Sage Accounting
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Reconcile account, process invoices and manage VAT returns
Use Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Use Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Conducting financial audits and reconciling bank statements
Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis)
Competency in using Microsoft Word for creation of reports and documentation.
Exceptional attention to details and accuracy and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
