Our client has a newly created Deputy Manager role for a care home in the Exmouth area. In this role you will have the opportunity to join a well performing small home, that is currently rated Good.
This is an excellent chance to join a small provider that has the resource and senior management support to continue the growth and development of the home to deliver 'Outstanding' rated care.
Responsibilities
- Medication management
- Leadership of care teams providing team supervision and appraisal
- Reporting to and working with home manager
- Compliance and auditing
Requirements
- Must have experience in working with older people in a care home
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager
- Knowledge of PCS care planning and RotaCloud is desirable
- Good understanding and knowledge of regulations
