The Maintenance Manager will be a significant part of achieving the strategic objectives for the site moving forward.Responsibilities:* Be a hands-on leader, able to lead a team of multi-skilled technicians, providing guidance and assigning tasks.* Be able to perform 1 to 1s and appraisals with Technicians* Oversee both short-term and long-term maintenance goals for the site.* Take responsibility for the site's maintenance budget, ensuring alignment with the site's business and development plans.* Coordinate, plan, and collaborate with contractors coming onto site.* Support the implementation of the SHE management system, with a strong focus on safety; consistently follow and enforce safety protocols.Requirements:* Ideally be a time-served apprenticeship.* Be confident and proficient in using CMMS systems.* Have experience as a Team Leader/Maintenance Manager in power generation/utility* Demonstrate strong people management abilities.* Confident communication skills is a must.Offering a range of competitive benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading company with outstanding career progression prospects.
