THE COMPANY
This client is a Restaurant with rooms with 2 rosettes and pushing for 3 rosettes plus more accolades in the next 5 years. The owners are very flexible but are also very ambitious and are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join them and the Head Chef on the journey.
THE POSITION
As the Chef De Partie you will be running a section producing and maintaining the high standards set by the Head Chef. This is a real opportunity to be creative while being supported by the Head Chef and owners to achieve your goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2 rosette restaurants or fresh food establishments, but this is not essential we will also look at Commis Chefs looking for their first Chef De Partie role. MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION.
