Sales Estimator / Eye, Suffolk / Salary is dependent on experience / Full time / Permanent We are recruiting a Sales Estimator to join our busy manufacturing client based in Eye, Suffolk on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the effective preparation and management of quotations to an international distribution base, maximising the opportunity for success. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Duties include:
  • Review enquiries to identify and address potential commercial, contractual, and technical issues, minimising business risks.
  • Prepare quotations using authorised pricing data, proposals, and company procedures.
  • Ensure quotations align with pricing, discounts, terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Review received orders with the sales team to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure timely completion of quotations and proposals.
  • Track KPIs for lead generation, recording, and status.
  • Ensure accurate data is captured in the CRM system with regular quality checks.
  • Report sales performance to the Internal Sales Manager, meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Coordinate with the distributor and internal departments to meet requirements.
  • Maintain records of pricing, costs, and data used for quotations.
  • Assist with order processing and attend handover meetings to ensure smooth order transfer.
  • Ensure all necessary order information is available for a smooth handover to other internal teams.
Benefits:
  • Company Group Personal Pension Scheme: The scheme is a contributory scheme, with the employee contributing 4% of earnings and the Company contributing 4% of earnings. Company contributions increase to 6% after 5 years’ service and 7% after 10 years’ service.
