he ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing plant and repairs, as well as a strong background in nuclear projects or power plant operations, including turbines and generators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirement.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of plant equipment and systems, including turbines and generators, to identify and rectify any defects or non-conformities.
- Oversee the preparation and repair of plant components, ensuring all work meets stringent quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on QAQC activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on QAQC best practices and procedures.
- Proven experience in QAQC roles within the nuclear industry or power plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in preparing plant and repairs, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in QAQC or related fields are highly desirable.
