Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management Lead to optimise the facilities and management for a major construction project. This role will ensure that the facilities fulfil their intended purposes and meet high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead facilities services for building office areas, aligning with project needs.
  • Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Manage CAD and data software for workspace records.
  • Ensure team competency, manage risk, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Deliver monthly reports on safety, KPIs, and financials.
  • Maintain high standards in safety and compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years relevant facilities management experience.
  • CAD experience.
  • Experience in budgeting, leadership, and workspace management.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. 
  • Safety certifications like IOSH or behavioural safety training would be valuable but isn’t essential.
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + benefits
