Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management Lead to optimise the facilities and management for a major construction project. This role will ensure that the facilities fulfil their intended purposes and meet high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facilities services for building office areas, aligning with project needs.
- Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Manage CAD and data software for workspace records.
- Ensure team competency, manage risk, and resolve issues quickly.
- Deliver monthly reports on safety, KPIs, and financials.
- Maintain high standards in safety and compliance.
- 5+ years relevant facilities management experience.
- CAD experience.
- Experience in budgeting, leadership, and workspace management.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.Â
- Safety certifications like IOSH or behavioural safety training would be valuable but isn’t essential.
