Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Eye
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:15 - 16:00
Pay: 12.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Ensure all facilities, including offices and production areas, are kept clean and tidy.
- Decorating: Perform general decorating tasks such as painting and touch-ups as needed.
- Weed Spraying: Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of weeds and well-kept through regular weed spraying.
- Window Cleaning: Regular cleaning of windows to maintain a presentable workspace.
- Basic Repairs: Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required to keep the premises in good condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Health and safety awareness, particularly in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
