About Us: Just Temps, we are committed to excellence in the food industry, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We are looking for a dedicated QA Administrator to join our dynamic client and contribute to our clients continuous growth and success.

Main Duties:

Innovation:
*Ensure that samples are sent in a timely manner.
*Ensure orders are signed off and customers receive the correct material according to approved specifications.

Passion:
*Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the process.
*Actively seek and record sample feedback from customers.

Integrity:
*Follow company Food Safety and Quality procedures.
*Ensure the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures are always followed.
*Assist the Quality Manager with any necessary tasks required.
*Liaise with customers and suppliers.
*Complete customer documentation as required.
*Manage Sage batch allocations to orders, updating and maintaining batch and customer attributes.

Quality:
*Maintain impeccable sample records and update them daily.
*Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure all products comply with Food Safety standards.
*Ensure all samples are packed and presented well, so customers receive them in good condition.
*Prepare samples for laboratory testing.
*Input required testing data onto online laboratory systems.
*Conduct incoming goods sampling and organoleptic inspections of raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in using Sage and other relevant software.
*Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
