- Managing internal and external customer relationships
- Managing the order and invoice processing for all customers
- Overseeing and managing service levels to all customers
- Building a good relationship with our contracted haulier, and managing the flow of deliveries between us, them and our customers
- Being the main point of contact for invoicing queries
- Providing cover for the Warehouse Co-ordinator, to include REVL orders, PPE orders, tanker paperwork
- Producing documents, general office work and supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors
