Morgan Law is recruiting an experienced Estates Surveyor for a Public Sector client.
The role involves managing property development plans and disposals for large-scale projects, focusing on town centre regeneration.
Candidates must be MRICS qualified with extensive experience in a local government setting and a strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant law.
Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and knowledge of grant funding and statutory notices is also required.
The position offers a flexible hybrid work pattern, with a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Morgan Law is currently recruiting for an experienced Estates surveyor for one of our Public Sector clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for property development plans, as well as disposals associated with a portfolio of large-scale projects.

Your workload will includes in town centre regeneration and high-level influence with senior internal & external stakeholders.

Person Specification:

MRICS with extensive demonstrable experience in a local government setting
A strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant law
Experience of negotiating and closing commercial contracts
Knowledge of grant funding, statutory notices, property and LL&T law
