THE COMPANY
This is an award-winning Restaurant with rooms pushing for 3 rosettes and pushing for more accolades in the next 5 years. The owners are very flexible but are also very ambitious and are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join them on the journey.
THE POSITION
As the Restaurant Manager you will be running the hotel in the absent of the General Manager. You will be looking after the running of the rooms as well as running a service in the fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2 rosette restaurants, but this is not essential we will also look at someone with fresh food experience.
