The role
- Manage staff ensuring objectives and customer service standards are met
- Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff
- Review operations and staff to identify any issues and ways to develop further
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis
- Deliver a high level of service providing a positive experience for our guests
- Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor product and labour costs and remain within budget
- Assess feedback and customers needs
- Staff training
- Handle complaints and resolve
- Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement#
Skills & Experience

This role would suit someone with a strong background in management and hospitality. The site is commutable from Norwich, Diss, Bury St. Edmunds, Bungay, Beccles and surrounding areas. Own transport would be required.
