Support Worker - Care Home Setting
Location: Multiple locations across Suffolk
Salary: 12.60 - 14.50 per Hour, Depending on experience
Hours: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available

The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll work as part of a caring and committed team to:

  • Support residents with their personal care needs, always respecting dignity and promoting independence
  • Ensure care services meet the highest standards
  • Help with general daily activities around the home, contributing to a warm, friendly environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • Follow guidance from Nurses and Senior Support Workers to deliver person-centred care
