This is an opportunity to work with an established Main Contractor that have exceptional name within UK Construction.
Average Turnover for this business is circa 200m with schemes varying in value from 2m-80m.
They generally operate in the following project sectors: Life Science & Research, Commercial, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education and Student Accomodation.
To be considered for this vacancy you will be either an Assistant or 'intermediate' level Quantity Surveyor, looking to kick on in your career with a company that pride themselves on progressing their people and instilling best practice into all employees.
Experience working forTier 1 / Tier 2 contractors advantageous but not essential - relevant project sector experience is important. An assistant level QS with the right skillset and fundamental base layer of knowledge withthe right attitude will also be considered.
This particular role will see you working out of Oxford, in which they have a healthy pipeline of work for a while to come with some high-profile, reputable clients.
Salary: Circa 40k - 65k (DOE)
