Salary - 40k - 80k per annum - dependent on skills & experience
Based - Hampshire
My client is a specialist Groundwork Contractor who provide high quality groundwork services both to in-house projects and to private and public clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
Our primary operating areas encompass Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Berkshire and Sussex.
The Role:
To support the companies continued growth targets by preparation of civils and groundworks tenders for projects up to 20m in value, including:
Comprehensive review of tender scope and information
Undertake site visits and risk analysis
Take-off and measurement using 2D & 3D software
Obtain supplier & subcontractor quotations
Review outputs and programme requirements with Contracts Managers
Prepare costed bill of quantities using estimating software
Prepare tender adjudication and submission documents for review by the Managing Estimator
