Programme Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum
Our client are global leaders in their field! They are recruiting for a Programme Manager who will be the primary interface with the customer and is responsible for managing all operational aspects and related financial aspects of the assigned customer accounts.
Programme Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Exhibit clear leadership to deliver outstanding customer service
- Use the company account management tools, CRM systems, ERP systems and comply with the company’s processes
- Manage and influence Customer Focus Team to ensure customer service
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer and the industry to deliver true customer value
- Ensure all systems are updated with the latest standards to deliver operational and financial excellence
- Maintain and develop wide customer relationships
- Ensure that all financial forecasting within the current, month, quarter and year outlook is accurate and timely
- Ensure the maintenance of outstanding working capital across accounts
- Take responsibility for collection within terms of all accounts receivables
- Be the primary contact for the customer relationship including customer satisfaction, problem and conflict resolution
- Take responsibility for closure of timely and accurate customer pricing deviations
- Ensure that all tooling, non-recurring costs and company labour is sold/delivered profitably and there is a timely collection of income
- Conduct regular customer meetings, quarterly business reviews and strategic business reviews
The Ideal Programme Manager:
- Degree or equivalent work experience in directly related fields, with a thorough knowledge of the customer and their market
- Five plus years direct Project Management experience with in manufacturing
- Experience with the following: Agile and/or Prince2 methodology (desirable)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, with the ability to read and analyse periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals
- IT Literate and experience with business system software (CRM, ERP)
- Be willing to work at other sites and occasionally travel internationally
