Just a short drive from Bristol, this family-friendly hotel in Gloucestershire is on the edge of the Cotswolds. Positioned just off the nearby motorway, the hotel is easy to get to by car, but also by bus as there is a bus stop directly outside.

With a 100 cover stylish casual dining restaurant serving a choice of both Italian and American favourites, guests can choose to eat from either an a la carte menu or a seasonal set menu. The hotel also offers traditional afternoon tea, room service and private dining as well as C&B facilities for up to 160 covers.

Staff accommodation is available if you are relocating to the area.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a team of 6 chefs to create mouthwatering dishes for the hotel's New York Italian restaurant. Service can be fast-paced so you should be able to work under pressure and be able to deliver great food promptly, as the restaurant can cater for an average of 30-50 covers during the week, in a short space of time.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard whilst also ensuring both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
