Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support interventions for children aged 0-2 years, both individually and as part of a team.
- Plan and deliver a range of stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Monitor and document children's progress, ensuring their feelings and wishes are represented in record keeping.
- Be vigilant regarding child protection and safeguarding issues, reporting concerns to appropriate line managers as per our safeguarding policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes for mothers and their children.
- Support mothers in developing parenting skills and emotional resilience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (Ofsted requirement).
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting with children aged 0 to 5 years.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to focus on the child's needs and represent their feelings and wishes
